A Ghana-based start-up, Stemaide, is on a mission to transform education across Africa by introducing interactive learning devices designed to bring science and technology to young learners, even in areas without internet connectivity.

Inspiring the Next Generation Through Innovative STEM Education

Founded in 2022, Stemaide has developed cutting-edge educational robotics kits that make science and technology learning engaging, hands-on, and accessible. Its flagship science kit helps students explore physics, engineering, and programming — empowering them with skills for the future.

Prince Boateng Asare, CEO of Stemaide, says the company’s goal is to ensure every young African gains the knowledge and tools to thrive in tomorrow’s digital world. “We want to prepare young Africans for the jobs of the future through innovative STEM education,” he emphasized.

Bridging Gaps with Offline Science Kits

One of Stemaide’s most impressive achievements is creating science kits that work without internet access, making them suitable for rural and underserved communities. This innovation addresses the digital divide and supports students in discovering creativity through educational robotics kits and interactive tools.

Asare believes such initiatives can help Africa build a new generation of problem-solvers ready to lead the continent’s technological growth.

Empowering Learning Beyond Classrooms

Stemaide’s interactive learning devices don’t just focus on science; they also encourage teamwork, critical thinking, and creativity among learners. By merging technology and education, the start-up is helping shape a more inclusive and tech-savvy African future.
