Emirates Skywards is taking its loyalty programme beyond air travel with the launch of Skywards Rail, a new initiative that allows members to seamlessly convert their Miles into train journeys across Europe.

The newly launched platform opens up access to more than 12,000 rail destinations spanning 12 European countries. The network also covers extensive UK services such as the Heathrow Express, Gatwick Express, Thameslink, Great Western Railway, and ScotRail.
How Skywards Rail Works
Booking train tickets using Miles has been streamlined through a dedicated portal, which is accessible via desktop and mobile devices in five different languages.
- Flexible Payments: Members can opt to pay entirely with Skywards Miles or use a combination of Cash + Miles (starting from a minimum of 1 Mile).
- Share with Loved Ones: Miles are not restricted to the account holder; they can be used to purchase rail tickets for family and friends.
- Seamless Delivery: Once booked, e-tickets are conveniently delivered directly via email as a PDF attachment.
