Strengthening Career Development for Youth

He also encouraged trainees to continue practicing their new skills to build sustainable careers and contribute to national development.
This hands-on program is part of Eritrea’s broader effort to reduce unemployment and enhance career development youth pathways. Such initiatives not only support economic growth but also empower the next generation with the technical expertise needed in today’s evolving industries.
