Liquid Intelligent Technologies Zambia Empowers SMEs with Digital Transformation Services

Liquid Intelligent Technologies Zambia, a leading business of Cassava Technologies, has introduced an innovative SME Portal designed to accelerate digital transformation services for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across Zambia. This bundled platform offers essential tools for business growth and seamless social media management, helping SMEs stay competitive and thrive in a fast-changing digital economy.

“Our mission is to empower every Zambian business, regardless of size, with the right digital tools to succeed. The SME Portal consolidates connectivity, collaboration, and security solutions into one accessible platform,” said Mwendamo Mazaba, Acting CEO of Liquid Intelligent Technologies Zambia. “It’s about making digital transformation services easy and affordable, enabling SMEs to focus on growth without the usual technology hurdles.”

Simplifying Business Growth Strategies Through Digital Tools

The new portal offers SMEs a user-friendly gateway to high-speed internet packages, cloud storage, secure data protection, and advanced collaboration tools. This combination supports effective business growth strategies by providing adaptable and scalable solutions tailored to the needs of SMEs that often lack dedicated IT support.

By integrating essential digital services — including social media management tools — the portal helps businesses enhance their online presence and customer engagement, a critical factor in today’s competitive marketplace.

Strengthening Zambia’s Digital Ecosystem

This SME Portal launch is part of Liquid Intelligent Technologies Zambia’s wider efforts to champion digital innovation. Recent initiatives include public Wi-Fi rollout in Livingstone, expansion of the GPON fiber network, the deployment of Azure Stack cloud solutions, and the inauguration of a Cyber Security Fusion Centre in 2023. The company also recently partnered with CNC360 Consulting to co-develop digital solutions focused on SMEs and cooperatives.

Liquid Intelligent Technologies continues to reinforce its position as a key enabler of Zambia’s digital economy by offering cutting-edge digital transformation services and supporting sustainable business growth strategies for SMEs.
