Pakistan T20 Squad Recall Babar Azam for Home Series

After nearly a year’s absence, Babar Azam — the world’s second-highest run-scorer in T20Is — makes his comeback. Known for his consistent performances, Babar has scored 4,223 runs in 128 matches at a strike rate of 129.22, placing him just behind India’s Rohit Sharma. The squad will also see Shaheen Shah Afridi lead the ODI team, while Salman Ali Agha captains the T20 side. Pakistan is set to host both South Africa and Sri Lanka in upcoming ODI and T20 fixtures, keeping the focus on strengthening its lineup ahead of major international tournaments.
