Yango Group, a leading global technology company based in the UAE, and China Mobile International (CMI), a wholly owned subsidiary of China Mobile, have formalized a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at driving international tech alliances and expanding infrastructure sharing agreements. This partnership will foster innovation and growth across key regions including Central Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.

The MoU, signed at GITEX GLOBAL 2025 in Dubai, emphasizes collaboration on advanced technology solutions. Combining CMI’s extensive global telecom infrastructure with Yango Group’s tech expertise, the partnership focuses on delivering cutting-edge innovations in artificial intelligence in the Middle East, advertising technologies, cloud infrastructure, and other digital advancements.

Expanding Global Cooperation through Infrastructure Sharing Agreements

The agreement underscores a mutual commitment to developing scalable and future-ready digital tools and infrastructure. By leveraging their combined strengths, Yango Group and CMI aim to help businesses operate more efficiently and seamlessly access new international markets.

Sergej Loiter, CEO of Search, AI & AdTech at Yango Group, highlighted the importance of the partnership:
“This collaboration reflects our shared ambition to build technology that enables business. CMI brings global telecom infrastructure, while we contribute deep product expertise and local insights. Together, we’re creating the foundation for smarter operations and sustainable growth in emerging digital economies.”

Empowering Businesses with Artificial Intelligence and Seamless Connectivity

LU Jing, representative of China Mobile International (CMI), expressed the strategic value of this partnership:
“Our collaboration with Yango Group represents a significant step in extending CMI’s global digital ecosystem. By combining our extensive network capabilities with Yango’s innovative technology platforms, we aim to empower enterprises with seamless connectivity, intelligent solutions, and new opportunities for cross-border growth. The UAE’s unique position makes it an ideal hub to accelerate this vision.”

This alliance will not only drive international tech alliances but also advance infrastructure sharing agreements that enhance digital connectivity and business innovation in the Middle East, Central Asia, and Africa. Moreover, the focus on artificial intelligence in the Middle East aligns with regional priorities to lead in digital transformation.
